Returns & Refunds Policy

At azure jewelry store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re happy to help with returns or refunds under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Timeframe: You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personalized/custom-made products.
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
• Intimate items (e.g., swimwear, underwear) for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

1. Request a Return: Contact us at azure@support.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval & Instructions: We’ll email you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Send the item to our return address (provided upon approval).

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refund Process

• Timing: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
